HY Kaolin is a large-scale private high-tech enterprise, deeply integrating the industrial chain of comprehensive utilization of resources, forming a group company with coal, coke, gas, electricity, gangue and other multi-industrialization development. HY Kaolin has two major production bases of calcined kaolin.

Shanxi Hengyuan Kaolin Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. We produce 4 series including more than 16 products by four different production lines according to special process and technique. The production capacity has reached 400,000MT.

Inner Mongolia Hengyuan Kaolin Technology Co., Ltd.based on the management, market, technology and resource advantages of group, start the construction of 600,000MT product project on October 9, 2018 with investment 670 million yuan. As of July 20, 2023, the first phase of the project has 4,000 mesh and 6,000 mesh products of 150,000MT; 100,000MT of 325 mesh and 1250 mesh products were put into operation; The production line of 150,000MT of 325 mesh and 1250 mesh products of the second phase project was put into operation in August, with a total production capacity of 400,000MT.

At present, Hengyuan Kaolin have planning to establish 10 calcined kaolin production lines, with a total capacity of more than 800,000MT. The products are widely used in paper making, coating, electrophoretic paint, ceramic, refractory material, butyl rubber and other fields. Meanwhile, we are working toward extending services to more than 20 industries for example ink, engineering plastic, medicine and environmental protection ect.
